I’ve ordered probably 10 bags of this matcha now. They last for me for about 3 months. For the price, this matcha cannot be beat. There are many matchas that are 10x as expensive and not as good. Being able to enjoy a tasty matcha drink several times a day and not really worry about hitting your wallet feels like luxury. There are better tasting matchas out there sure but you’ve gotta hunt and they’re gonna cost a lot more so I usually only drink those with guests or when I’m going to sit down and enjoy focus on my tea.

Easy to make a cup
I am admittedly new to matcha, so I don’t know if if the flavor of this matcha is on par with what experienced tasters would expect. I found the flavor pretty good, especially with a little milk and honey to make it into a latte, but it was pretty earthy and may not be everybody’s cup of tea. I found the brewing instructions really easy to follow and expect this little tin to last a long time since a cup doesn’t require very much powder to make.

Silky smooth powder great for Smoothies
I am a coffee Dude in the morning….so tea was not going to cut it. I wanted the health benefits of Matcha though as I have read how fantastic the antioxidants are. So I just put together a little smoothie each night. Just 6 ounces of cold water, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, 2 small scoops of matcha,1 pkg. of stevia, a scoop of 3 seed (hemp, chia, flax) mix, and about a cup of frozen mixed berries. Makes a nice little smoothie with just a slight hint of grass taste that does not bother me (that’s the strong matcha). I suppose you just keep adding Stevia if you have a pesky pallet.

Fantastic value for matcha lattes | Not the highest ceremonial grade matcha
This premium matcha is well priced and less expensive than a lot of other ceremonial matcha on the market. It bubbles and blends beautifully to make ceremonial matcha. The flavour profile is a tad sweet with a hint of bitterness, which I expect from matcha. The only downside to this matcha is that the colour of it is not as vibrant as some more expensive ceremonial matcha that I’ve used in the past. I think this is a lower quality ceremonial matcha or a cross between culinary matcha and ceremonial matcha. But for the price, it’s good value and I would recommend this particularly for making matcha latte, You get great matcha taste without the high price and it’s much, much better in quality than culinary matcha.

Delicious, the bitterness belongs
This matcha is wonderful. It’s the first time I’ve been able to appreciate the bitterness in a matcha. It does have bitterness but it’s tastes like it belongs. It’s not acrid or biting. The tin is beautiful and has a high quality feel and a secure safety seal. I plan to reuse the tin when I finish the matcha. It’s beautiful and high quality but I would recommend for the more experienced matcha drinker because it took me a while to understand and appreciate the presence of bitterness.

It has a rich flavor and a vibrant green color, which is nice. I like that it’s organic, vegan, and radiation-free. It dissolves well in both hot and cold liquids. However, I didn’t find the taste to be as exceptional as some other premium matcha brands. It’s a solid choice, but not my favorite
