Direction:
1. Warm Cup – Warm the cup with hot water. Pour hot water with 167-185 degree Fahrenheit into 1/3 of cup.
2. Moisten Tea – Drop 2-3g tea into cup, lift and swing cup to moisten tea. Smell it.
3. Infusion – Pour the hot water upto 7/10 – 8/10 of cup.
4. Enjoy It – Smell and Enjoy it after 35 sec. Pour water again when remain to 1/3 of cup

Disappointing Long Jing
I love long Jing tea but I thought the flavor was weak. Disappointing.
I look forward to fresher 2021 tea in the summer!

Tastes grassy
I probably put less herbs but for 2 big cups I added 2 tablespoons of green tea, and this is the color of the tea. It’s not as green as I would expect but tastes grassy. I am not a fan of it, but my husband likes it. So it depends on people’s preferences to be frank. As for the tea itself, it is as described and nothing makes it to lower its quality. I especially love the loc that came with it to seal the tea bag once its opened. Thank you!

Light nutty flavor
Inside the metal tin, the tea leaves come in a sealed bag with a clip for resealing for freshness (although the clip was not as helpful as I had hoped). I normally prefer black tea to green tea (the green tea I’ve had before reminded me of the taste of grass), but I decided to try this to see whether whole leaves had a better flavor than the cheap tea bags I had used before. The taste was pleasant with a slight nutty flavor mixed in with the “grass” taste. I will probably use this as an evening tea since it seems to have a light flavor so would work as a soothing tea. The one thing I dislike is that the tin does not include steeping instructions. While the listing indicates how to steep the leaves, it would have been helpful to have the instructions easily accessible when ready to steep and also available if the tin is given as a gift to someone without access to the listing. I have a loose leaf tea brewer, so I just used the default green tea setting (which brewed the leaves at 175 degrees for 4 minutes).

Flavor is a mix of sencha/oolong
I think this tastes like a mixture of a high quality sencha and mountain oolong. It has a very delicate subtle flavor. I did make mine a little too weak because my tea ball sucks, so you will need to add more than 1tbsp for 16oz. The tea texture is almost like pressed straw.
The tea tin is a huge plus because it will help keep it fresh. It also comes with a little clip to clip the bag inside the tin.
I really like this tea. If you are a avid tea lover then you might like it too. If you just like bagged green tea, then this is not what you would be looking for. It’s much more delicate and subtle.
The current price is $33.60. That is pretty expensive, but it is organic, comes with a clip, and a reusable tin.

Nice metal container & freshness clip keep in aroma of the delicious tea with hints of chestnut!
First of all this tea comes in a very nice lime green metal tin that stores the bag of Dragon Well green tea. It also comes with a clip to help securely close the bag after it’s use. Very nice. When I first opened the bag and smelled the aroma it was as described having a chestnut scent along with a traditional green tea scent. I was eager to try it so I put it in a tea ball infuser and added hot water, then let it steep for about 8 minutes. The tea is very refreshing and I like the added earthiness of chestnut flavor. I am enjoying a cup now after dinner. I also like it as a midday tea, too. This is a good all round flavorful tea with an added flavor of chestnut. Very nice combination and happy to have added it to my green tea collection!

Nutty Bold Taste
I enjoy sipping tea all day. At Asian restaurants, my go-to is green tea for its robust, nutty taste that pairs well with the food. It is my preferred tea simply because of its nutty flavor. Not all green tea is created equal!
There’s green tea, and there’s green tea, and this is one to remember for its flavor. It doesn’t take much to brew this tea and when done, the earthy, nuttiness really comes through. It tastes like a quality tea! I drink a lot of green tea but I’ve never had anything like the one before. It’s expensive but I think worth it because a little goes a long way.

I like the taste. I’ve bought what’s probably the same grade of dragonwell from several companies and I keep coming back to this, it’s my favorite.
You can pay more for higher grades of tea and it will taste different than this. Better than this? That’s up to you. For this grade of tea it’s the best I’ve found. I actually like it better than the highest grade of dragonwell.
