I lost 25 pounds so far drinking one teaspoon of this in one cup of unsweetened almond milk with a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon daily and half teaspoon of honey plus the Trader Joe’s organic apple cider vinegar drink, watching portion sizes and walking two miles a day. Much cheaper per ounce than other brands. Same high quality.

The first batch I got of this was really good for the price, but the second order I received was incredibly weak in flavor. It is so weak that it tastes like drinking regular hot water! I don’t understand how they can taste so different between bags. I’m guessing maybe this one isn’t fresh? All in all it’s unreliable, unfortunately.
