I have been using Jade Leaf matcha (highly recommend) and saw this one for sale and decided to try it. It is terrible quality!! The color is much lighter and it tastes disgusting. My husband got a bad stomach ache after drinking this. I don’t know what’s in this but he’s never reacted to other matcha like this. Don’t buy it!!

Not ceremonial grade, and now I know the difference
You need a LOT less of this culinary grade matcha than you do ceremonial grade (which is what I was used to before using this). It tastes fine, just bitter in large quantities, so I cut back significantly on the amount I would normally use and found a good balance. It’s darker in color than ceremonial grade and bolder in flavor.
