Good, but not for me
This tea in my opinion has a nice green color, great sweet smell from the dry powder, and a nice froth after mixed with a bamboo whisk. I have tried other cerimonial and culinary grade matcha varieties and this one is true to the delicate statement in the description. From my research on culinary vs cerimonial grade matcha, there are key points to look into but there can be exceptions in some cases. I feel this tea is meant for someone who enjoys matcha without bold flavors or who is new to tasting. The liquor was light on the palate making it easy to drink quickly and does taste better hot than cold. You can pick up more notes. This tea has qualities suited for a person who is looking for a crisp beginning taste without a bitter taste that some matcha brands have. My personal tastes are not portrayed with this matcha, but I hope this helps those who enjoy these qualities.

Worth it
Clumps up even with me using a mixer but worth it.

Closer to premium culinary grade
Color wise this tea from Jeju island lost one star due to it being a duller green, flavor is undeniably green tea. This powder is easy to mix, overall impression is this is a good tea for fancier match recipes but still not what some people would consider ceremonial grade. It is better than Yamamotoyama culinary grade. An average tea, decent for price, but falls a bit short of the ceremonial grade label.

I am a matcha snob & this matcha is legit! Not too grassy, mild flavor.
Very good matcha powder! It mixes easily. I make a latte with my frother. I love the the taste, the convenience of using a single serving packet.

Very good for lattes
Smooth, bright green taste, which allows you to put more in without any aftertaste. This was very comparable to another ceremonial brand I recently bought that was sourced from Uji. Highly recommended for the price.

surprisingly nice
love this green tea!! It really helped with bloat!! I drank it straight like a hebal tea. one bag can make at least 4 /5 cup. I thought was expensive for how many you get. but other then that loved it

Very delicious
A pretty decent substitute for coffee in terms of energy, not to mention its many more health benefits (packed with antioxidants and L theanine, a critical amino acid for brain function).

Good matcha
For those who are wondering whether there is a difference between this and the 100g pack there is. They taste a bit different but not in a bad way. This one is lighter in taste and not as strong but still fairly good and fragrant. I would drink this with milk or just hot water and it tastes pleasant like green tea.
Sometimes the powder at the bottom doesn’t melt and you will get bits that are a little bitter but it doesn’t bother me.
I’ve cooked with it once but I must say I couldn’t taste the matcha at all and I used two heap tablespoons. May have to increase it next time to three or four times the amount. For beverages, a small teaspoon is fine.
I would buy this again.

Skip this brand
Yellowest matcha I have ever used. Maybe I got an old/bad batch. Blended in a latte and the taste was awful. Little to no matcha flavor; Jade Leaf isn’t that much better, but at least it doesn’t taste awful.

Amazing value
I love matcha and drink it every day. I’d only choose ceremonial grade organic option. It could get pretty expensive, so I’m very glad I found this brand. It tastes great, very mellow and it’s amazing value for the money.
