A staple in my kitchen now. At least my fourth time ordering this matcha. It’s cheap per oz, tasty and works great in lattes and cookies. It’s bitter…but all matcha is bitter? I don’t see the complaint. Would recommend.
For a strong vegan/sugar-free matcha latte: 1 tbsp matcha, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 8 oz. Coconut/almond milk. I do about half/half. Use less matcha if you don’t like it strong. Warm it up for a min or two and blend in the blender for 5-10 seconds to get a super easy fast froath.

My Japanese friend recommended matcha, so I thought I’d try it. I like to put it in fruit smoothies and blend it up. It doesn’t have a strong flavor and makes me alert without the negative effects that caffeine sometimes has.

i love matcha type teas and lattes so i decided to buy some powder and make some of my own, this matcha does taste great but it is very bitter, id suggest try to adjust the amount of matcha you want and not go by what directions say to use.

The instructions on this matcha ask for 1 to 2 teaspoons per drink, but that’s really strong. This stuff is good, but I’d say half a teaspoon is sufficient for a good matcha drink. Add a little smoothie powder or some almond milk to smooth out the drink, and you are good to go. I’d recommend this to others.
